Et tu - Students?

Time has come for Spring Break 2011, and we would like you to take this time to self-reflect on the past year, specifically in English class. We want you to take a moment and think about some of the things you have learned and how they can affect your life. Remember, we don’t teach you all of the things we do for no reason!

With all of these things in mind, we would like you to think about your upcoming spring break and brainstorm some ideas in which you could incorporate some of the things from English class into your break. Perhaps you could read a bit each day; perhaps you could notice ethos, pathos, and logos in your life.

Your Task Today:
Compose a 3 paragraph entry (minimum 5 sentences each) in which you discuss possible ways you can incorporate the skills learned in English class into your break.

In English 2 i've learned something about revenge and how it can effect others. Some people can turn the other cheek. And others would seek to revenge no matter what. But it's bad to plan a revenge on somebody when you can get'em right then and there.
Second thing I learned is finding a way to make the right choice. Like the story about a teamn who was in war with this other state and this women was out there, they didn't know if they should've killed her or let her live. To me do what you think is right.
The last thing I learned in English 2 is that my teacher Mr. Stagliano has an obsession with the phillies. They are ok they are not all that. They loss get over it mr. But there's always next year.

i probably have no plans for my springbreak because its only a week till we going to have to get back to school. But my pathos is im exited for the vacation because we been working hard over the past days and weeks and some of us probably feel like we need some time off a working and take a break.

But in my springbreak i still need to work hard on school and be able to ethos myself to past the 10th grade. So probably i still need to do some work over the springbreak so i could move on.

~Durring Spring Break 2011, I will have fun and relax. But while doing those things, I'll notice things I've learned in english class. I might read my favorite book, it's been a while.
~I know school is probably the last thing that would be on your mind, but you might do something that'll make a connection from doing the littlest thing. You might come across one of the ethos, pathos, or logos.
